The OOI anchor family index — IC-1 of the field market's M0 (the mldata board).
One row per experiment family: the newest witnessed anchor package, its creation date, resource count, and public marks, as live-swept at the witnessed_at time. The companion resource is the re-witness ledger (IC-2): one closure entry per witness act on the estate, append-only.
THE TWO WINDOWS (the 2026-08-10 re-issue): the newest package per family is the CURRENT BOOK; the record_of_record column names the campaign window's final witnessed anchor (they differ where a new window opened at the state repair of 2026-08-10 — the incident is told whole in the care note 'The Stranding and the Record' on the SX reading surface); canonical_face names the campaign's reference face where one stands; id_live states whether the newest package's instrument instance resolves on the node at sweep time.
